I built my model, but I want to know where do I have to save my files (i.e. the right path suitable to Lingo) so I can import them to Lingo or export from Lingo to Excel? And what is the right expression to write in Lingo language to import and export my files?

There is an online guide which explains how to export or import the data from Lingo. There are also code examples how to export the date. My advice is to access the official page to read more about Import and Export functions provided by the application. I have already linked the above words to the Export section. For the Import information, scroll up and click on the Import link or simply scroll down after export.
